The full service formula has been created in order to relieve you, as a host(ess), of as much work as possible. Because of this, you can fully dedicate yourself to maintaining existing relations and making new ones. The full service formula means that you pay one price. For this you receive:
- A completely built and finished stand unit. This stand unit consist of floor surface, beech walls, a frieze with company name, lighting with duo-spots and floor covering. In addition, the stand will be cleaned.
- Catering. Two Exibitor badges, including meals in the exibitor's restaurant for three days.
- There are also various terraces where you and your relations can enjoy exclusive catering.

Invitation service
The organisation of Grafische Vakbeurs & Vakbeurs Sign wishes to guarantee the quality of the visitors for its exhibitors. Grafische Vakbeurs & Vakbeurs Sign is only accessible with a personal invitation. We print and send VIP-Relation cards for this purpose. The VIP-Relation cards will be sent on behalf of your campany by the organisation. This card grants access to the relevant trade fair, free drinks, luxury snacks and free parking. As an exhibitor, you can provide the information of the relations that yuo would like te welcome during this trade fair via a relation list. The organisation well ensure the information does not occu twice and it will send the VIP-Relation cards, which will inform the relation of the company that has invited him/her. The careful invitation of relations means that:
- Relations will be invited on behalf of your company.
- As an exhibitor, you will save in costs and work.
- Relations will be invited as VIP-guests.
- Relations will not be flooded by invitations.
- Qualified visitors will visit the fair.
